Arcane Echo + Meteor Shower + Glyph of Sacrifice + Arcane Echoed version of Meteor Shower = two showers cast one second apart once every 60 seconds Only costs 70 mana and 20 exhaustion >_>

To elaborate on what nyren said-- if you use Glyph of Sacrifice on an Arcane/Echo'd spell, the spell will still revert back after 20s so there's no lasting penalty.

The 120 second recharge has been lowered to 90 seconds scince August 25th.

It only adds 30 seconds additional recharge time now. Seems this was an undocumented change.

This skill still adds 90 seconds. The description says 30, but you can test it yourself with ease;
Glyph of Sacrifice->Flare, then cast Fire Storm
Flare has 0 inherent recharge. Fire Storm has 30. If Glyph of Sacrifice added 30 seconds, Flare should recharge about 3 seconds before Fire Storm. But, it doesn't. It takes about 3 times as long to recharge as Fire Storm.

Ah just when I thought they maybe stealth tweaked it to challenge the new glyph coming to Factions, oh well. 30seconds you might think about, but a minute and 30... guess it sticks to echo/arcane echo'd use only.
Probably still check it anyways, wonder if the text or the time is the mistake...

It would be better if this slowed you down for only 20 seconds or even better 15. This could only be a PvE skill since you can have more time of not getting beat while you're recharging.

It's now 30 seconds.

I gotta show my love for this skill.
If you have room, this is GREAT for Hard Rezzes.
Instant Hard rez...ANd if you gotta hard rez someone on your team more than every 30 secs...Your team is gonig to lose anyway.
In PvE - Arborstone, one of my teams won just because I instantly rezzed key players under Ceiling Collapse at the end
